And yet it’s the Korean WOMEN who’ve dominated Olympic archery like no other! The women’s team event has been held in 10 Olympics, and South Korea has won the 🥇10 out of 10 times! (SK men, 7 out of 10 times) In the women’s individual, out of the last 11 Olympic Games, South Korean women have won the🥇10 times, including the last 4 consecutive…the only outlier was in 2008, when China won the🥇in Beijing, by one point, 110-109, over the 2004 Olympic🥇winner, Sung-hyun Park. Not a little suspicious that a Chinese woman won in China, over the reigning Olympic champion? In fact, to win the individual🥇, in 3 consecutive matches, she beat the 3 SK women who won the 2008 Olympic team🥇! Hung-Jung Joo in the quarterfinals, Ok-Hee Yun in the semifinals, and Sung-hyun Park in the final!

Try using the "heavy draw style". It uses different muscles. Generally people can pull heavier bows using that style. Basically anyone who shoots bows over 120lb draw is using this style. Copying their style of drawing the bow just might enable you to shoot your 55lb bow again, even if you've lost your strength.

lower it or see if you can get some lighter limbs second hand for a good price, to get the strength up again
